One of my patients talked to me the other day and said she had a problem with insomnia. She was in my office with her husband for his appointment. Normally I try not to enter into medical discussions with the spouse and ask (as nicely as possible) that they make their own appointment. Nevertheless, I didn’t want her to feel I was being rude, so I asked what seemed to be the problem. She told me that she had been staying up late reading my book, CONGO MISSION and had nearly finished it when she wanted to go to sleep. She lay in bed awake anxious to know how the book ended. Eventually she had to get up and finish the last two chapters. Then she was finally able to fall asleep.
What nicer compliment can an author have?by
